Ryan joined Drake Garage in August 2018, bringing with him a deep passion for the automotive industry. He holds an Aviation Maintenance Degree from Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa, IA. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors—camping, fishing, and hunting—and cherishes quality time with his wife and son.
Jim is passionate about the automotive industry and takes pride in helping people navigate their vehicle issues with confidence and care. His approachable nature and dedication to customer service make him a trusted resource for both colleagues and clients. Outside of work, Jim enjoys staying active through exercise and bike riding, brewing his own beer, working in the yard, and spending quality time with his family.
Jake has had a passion for cars since the age of 14, when he began working alongside his dad on a 1963 Chevy Impala. Since then, working with his hands has become second nature, and he’s owned more cars than he can count. Jake thrives in the automotive industry because it allows him to combine his mechanical skill with a lifelong love for problem-solving. Outside the shop, Jake enjoys making music with his band, Jacob County and the Damaged Goods, spending time camping with family, attending car shows, and cheering on WNBA basketball—especially Caitlin Clark.

Josh brings over 32 years of automotive experience to the team, driven by a strong work ethic and a deep passion for the industry. He thrives on the challenges the automotive world presents and finds true fulfillment in building and customizing dream hot rods. Outside the shop, Josh enjoys spending quality time with his kids, camping, and working on personal projects. His dedication to both his craft and his family make him a valued part of the team.
Mike graduated from DMACC in 2023 with an AAS degree in Automotive Technology and brings a strong commitment to helping customers keep their vehicles running “till the wheels fall off.” He has a genuine passion for the automotive industry and takes pride in extending the life of his customers' cars. Outside of work, Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, antiquing with his wife, cheering on Iowa Hawkeye football, and working on classic cars with his son. Family is at the heart of everything he does, both in and out of the shop.
